Montreal Style! Recipes. 

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" x 2" pieces
3/4 cup plain bread crumbs
3 TBS. Montreal Style BBQ Rub
2 TBS. Parmesan Cheese
2 eggs, beaten
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with non stick cooking spray. Combine bread crumbs, BBQ Rub, and cheese.
Dip pieces of chicken first into egg, then coat with above combination. Place on cookie sheet. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. Yummy

"Tried this last night - thought I'd have enough left for lunch - but it was gone!
Cube some potatoes, toss in olive oil and place on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle half with BBQ sauce and the other half with Montreal Style Steak Spice. Sprinkle all with chives and bake in the oven until crisp. Absolutely excellent!
Also, the Montreal Steak Spice is excellent for mixing with flour for seasoned flour. I added a bunch of other spices also, but it makes for killer fried chicken and fried onion rings!"
